Essential Responsibilities: · Maintains basic external fuel and grounding systems; performs scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on GSE; inspects, tests, and operates GSE to determine equipment serviceability and proper operation; services equipment with fuel, oil, water, coolant, hydraulic fluid, refrigerant, and compressed air; diagnoses mechanical and electronic circuitry malfunctions using visual and auditory senses, test equipment, and technical publications. · Disassembles and assembles malfunctioning basic GSE accessories and components; removes, disassembles repairs, cleans, treats for corrosion, assembles, and reinstalls GSE components and accessories; stencils and marks GSE in accordance with technical publications; stores, handles, labels, uses, and disposes of hazardous materials and waste in accordance with all state, local, and federal environmental standards and regulations. · Prepares GSE for storage and mobility deployment; and operates, cleans, inspects, and services GSE towing vehicles. · Assists in maintaining vehicle records, and assists with updating paper and electronic equipment records; provides dispatch service for GSE, including positioning equipment to support aircraft maintenance and flying operations; practices good housekeeping, tool control, Foreign Object Damage prevention, and safety at all times. · Shall perform the duties of general housekeeping of both the interior and exterior work areas and grounds maintenance of all assigned facilities not covered by host base contracts. · Performs all other duties as assigned or requested. This position must also exhibit a high level of professional and personalized guest service that embodies the Company's brand standard Core Job Responsibilities: Stock and serve assigned beverage outlets, maintain assigned levels of inventory, including delivery and stock of glassware, condiments, packaged beverages, paper products, and other necessary items Maintain cleanliness of beverage areas including all related assigned bar equipment, tools, supplies, trash removal, deep cleaning, sanitation and work area, to include cleaning refrigerators, countertops, and mopping floors Complete required paperwork including bar transfers and dry stock deliveries Maintain pars of liquor, beer, and supplies in cooler and dry storage area, order as needed Responsible for set-up and breakdown of portable bars in designated areas Ensure use of correct freight elevators and delivery routes to designated hotel areas and beverage outlets Organize and maintain beverage pump room areas, including pump room products, storage rooms, and warehouses, and identify non-stock items and alert management as necessary Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise, refer the matter to management, notify supervisor and/or Security of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft Qualifications: Must have great people skills, a clean and well-groomed appearance, and to be respectful of everyone. High school diploma or equivalent Experience working in a similar resort setting Must obtain a TAM/Alcohol Awareness Card. Must obtain a SNHD Health Card. Must obtain a Nevada Gaming License. Minimum age requirement is 21 Experience working in a similar resort setting preferred. Physical Demands: Must be tolerant to varying conditions of noise level, temperature, illumination, and air quality. May be exposed to smoke. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud. Constant contact with executives, department management, employees, and guests. Prolonged sitting or standing and mobility. Balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, talking, hearing, repetitive motions Lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects and/or move up to 75 pounds occasionally. Eye/hand coordination. Use of standard office equipment. Ability to distinguish letters, numbers, and symbols. Will be required to work evening, weekends, and holiday shifts.
