You will work outdoors year-round, lift heavy equipment, dig, get dirty, and learn a highly specialized trade. What You'll Be Doing Assist with job site setup Dig septic tank lids, pull hoses, move materials Support pumping, repairs, and system installations Load/unload tools, equipment, and piping Keep tools and trucks organized and stocked Operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery This Job Requires Ability to work long, physically demanding days outdoors (heat, cold, rain, mud, and everything in between) Ability to lift 65-80 lbs repeatedly Experience with hand and power tools Valid driver's license with a clean record Ability to tow and back up a trailer Strong work ethic: shows up on time, every time Willingness to take direction AND learn proactive jobsite awareness Preferred Previous job experience in landscaping, construction, farming, mechanic, welding, military, or outdoor labor experience Experience working outdoors in heat/cold Any plumbing, septic, mechanical, or equipment experience This is a labor-intensive, outdoor job that requires digging, lifting, and stamina.
