Responsibilities: Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with Lithia, manufacturer and insurance standards. Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements. Verify that all parts required on a collision repair are accounted for and accurate. Document work performed on repair order and document test procedures/results. Provide and maintain an inventory of normal mechanics tools. Use shop supplies and materials in a practical and economical manner. Maintain an organized and clean workspace, completing a stall cleaning every day. Ensure that customer's vehicles are returned to them as clean as they were prior to being serviced. Maintain up-to-date proficiency by attending training on the latest repair techniques and materials as needed. ​ Qualifications: Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency. Excellent communication skills both written and oral Active Listening - give full attention to the words and body language of others, take time to understand the points being made and ask questions as appropriate Critical Thinking - using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems. Time Management - ability to prioritize workload and manage one's own time Frame Equipment Knowledge - have working knowledge of frame equipment Attention to detail Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
