Job Overview: The Plumbing Mechanic will work apart of the new construction division to construct and install residential plumbing systems. The right individual will be an experienced Plumbing Mechanic with the ability to exercise good judgement in a variety of situations. Qualified applicants must meet the following requirements: Must have Delaware Pesticide License or receive pesticide license within 6 months of hire. Valid Driver's license and acceptable driving record. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to enter information into a customer management system (CMS). Knowledge of turf/plant care. Preferred: Hands-on experience in the landscaping or horticulture industry. Required Education: High School Diploma. Responsibilities: Responsible for properly mixing and applying chemicals while maintaining accurate chemical records and licensing. Treat specific insect, weed, turf disease, and nutritional deficiencies by application of the appropriate product. Maintain power spray equipment within safe, clean, and mechanical conditions. Maintain accurate records of chemical usage per all federal, state, and local laws, and rules. and regulations. Use good judgment in the application of chemicals (weather conditions, public exposure, and environmental considerations). Abide by all safety procedures. Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor. Be able to read and interpret.
