This position is ideal for someone who has already gained significant on-the-job experience and is ready to take the next step toward becoming a Journeyperson. The right candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, attention to safety, and a team-first attitude. Responsibilities: Assist Journeypersons and Foremen with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in commercial and residential settings. Ensure proper use and maintenance of hand and power tools. Maintain a safe and organized work environment at all times. Work at heights and in various outdoor conditions. Drive company vehicles to and from job sites, including at night when necessary. Requirements: 3-4 years of electrical apprenticeship experience. Knowledge of electrical systems, wiring methods, and construction materials. Ability to take direction from senior staff and work independently when needed. High level of physical endurance and ability to maintain balance and coordination when working at heights. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ascutney and New London Hospital),&nbsp;<strong>Community Group Practice divisions</strong>&nbsp;(Manchester, Nashua, Concord), or&nbsp;<strong>Keene (Cheshire Medical Center)</strong>. During the 11-week training period, participants will earn college credits and an hourly training wage.
