Maintain general appearance and cleanliness of all the car wash buildings, properties, and associated support areas. Specific Responsibilities : Compliance: 1. Comply with company policies, federal and state laws and regulations at all times. 2. Follows OSHA, safety, electrical, plumbing, and other related codes, and standards while performing repairs. 3. Notifies management of any policies that are unclear, or not being followed by other employees. Equipment Maintenance and Upkeep: 1. Maintain and repair all aspects of (but not limited to), touchless washes, Track and Self-Serve car wash systems, vending machines, vacuums, air machines, and other equipment at car wash locations. 2. Perform regular inspections and PM on all systems and equipment. 3. Respond to emergency calls in a timely fashion. 4. Weekend “on call” responsibilities will be required but shared and rotated between technicians. 5. Reports to management any equipment or facility condition that needs repair or creates a hazard to customers or other employees. Preventative Maintenance: 1. Following Preventative Maintenance schedule for all car wash systems and related equipment. 2. Follow equipment manufacturer, chemical company, and any car wash association “best practice” and recommendations for preventative activities. Loss Prevention and Security: 1. Strict adherence to company security procedures. 2. Adheres to safety procedures and loss prevention policies and notifies management of any policies that are unclear, or not being followed by other employees. Building and Property Maintenance and Upkeep: 1. Regular inspection of the buildings and structures for safety and cosmetic appeal. 2. Regular inspection of all car wash systems. 3. Regular observation of the parking lot and driving areas associated with car wash facilities. 4. Report to management any equipment or facility condition that needs repair or creates a hazard. FLSA Status: This is an hourly, non-exempt position. Electronic timekeeping of all hours worked is required. Job Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, reach, and lift. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Experienced with PM's and maintenance on Sonny's equipment. 10. Touchless Wash experience, (PDQ, 360, Washworld) a plus.
