Responsibilities: Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with Lithia, manufacturer and insurance standards. Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements. Verify that all parts required on a collision repair are accounted for and accurate. Document work performed on repair order and document test procedures/results. Provide and maintain an inventory of normal mechanics tools. Use shop supplies and materials in a practical and economical manner. Maintain an organized and clean workspace, completing a stall cleaning every day. Ensure that customer's vehicles are returned to them as clean as they were prior to being serviced. Maintain up-to-date proficiency by attending training on the latest repair techniques and materials as needed. Qualifications: Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
