Woodshop Apprentice HoneySuckle Builds Hi! We at HoneySuckle Builds are in search of another motivated & ambitious individual looking to join an exciting, fun, active, energetic team atmosphere & grow with a company as it continues to expand! No prior experience needed, paid on the job training will be provided in this entry level position. Opportunities for advancement based on quick learning & initiative shown. Position Overview: In this position you will be helping to create & build wooden projects out of pine materials in a woodshop setting. These items include - box beams, barn doors, coat racks, shelves, serving trays, shadow boxes, planter boxes etc. These items are delivered locally & shipped nationally. Sanding, cutting, building, organizing, packing & preparing the completed products and orders for shipment are all part of the position. Items are consistently built, inventoried and ready to be picked up, delivered or shipped to our local & national customers. Position Requirements Must be willing to work weekdays | Monday - Friday | 8am sharp. - 4:30pm. Required to have daily reliable & dependable transportation. Self motivated, up beat, positive personality & patient are all traits we are looking for in a candidate for this position. Must enjoy working with your hands & able to lift 60lbs. Comfortable on your feet all day. Must be able to accurately read a tape measure to the 16th of an inch. Familiarity with hand tools, construction, carpentry, and power tools is preferred but not required.
