Second Shift Lead Process Operator Mobren Transport Inc. Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Lead Process Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring that materials are handled efficiently and according to industry standards. This position requires a strong understanding of CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) and familiarity with lean manufacturing principles. This position will work alongside 3-5 people providing direction and guidance while completing Process Operator tasks. Duties Under indirect supervision, learns, understands and applies cGMP's, Standard Operating Procedures, safety practices and other pertinent material through films, reading and on the job training to produce high quality products safely. Assist in training and onboarding new employees. Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Address any operational issues promptly and effectively. Maintains written records of batch records, cleaning logs, equipment labels and any other pertinent records and the work is performed. Utilizes good housekeeping practices to ensure work areas are sanitary. Under indirect supervision performs activities necessary to manufacture product. It is the position that gets people in the door of the Service Department. As a Route Service Apprentice, you will begin by riding with every single Route Service Representative at your location. From that, you will be able to pick up what makes each Route Service Representative great in their own personalized way. You will also have multiple mentors you can lean on to learn the basics of how things flow and work in Service Department. Plans and delegates work assignments assuring effective shift coverage; Coordinates care by completing evaluations and care plans for the resident care associates and medication technicians to follow. Participates in and supervises the delivery of personal care to residents. In collaboration with The Village Program Life Enrichment Manager, ensures the resident care associates and medication technicians are participating and leading Village Program resident activities as assigned. Maintains open communication with resident families, ensuring they are informed about the residents' condition. Ensures all residents' personal hygiene supplies are stored properly. Implements the service plans and collects data regarding the health status of memory care residents. Participate in resident care conferences and other community meetings as assigned. Acts as team leader memory care; Coaches and counsels resident care associates and medication technicians regarding care practices and standards; Follows proper disciplinary procedures if RCAs/MTs are not following policies and procedures; Writes coaching/counseling and disciplinary documentation, as reviewed by the Wellness Director and/or Executive Director.
