We are currently seeking a highly motivated professional Master Craftsman with skills in multiple trades. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage construction projects from start to finish Perform high-quality carpentry, masonry, finishing work, and basic plumbing and electrical. Supervise and mentor other craftsman and apprentices Ensure all projects are completed on time and to the highest standards Collaborate with designers and clients to bring their vision to life Requirements: 15+ years of proven experience as a Master Builder or in a senior construction role Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and best practices Strong leadership and communication skills High attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship Strong work ethic and professional demeanor Why Join Us?
